[FIC] Speak Your Secrets, Stay Your Tongue [Fire Emblem Three Houses, Hilda/Claude, E, 2748 words]

So the reason I have not been around the past two weeks is because I've been nose-to-the-grindstoning this thing. It was the first time I've finished something in years and I wanted it done before my motivation tapered off and now here it is.

Posting and fleeing because it's late but now that I'm not doing this all day errday I will be around again to read things! Promise!

Speak Your Secrets, Stay Your Tongue (2748 words) by StuntMuppet
Chapters: 1/1
Fandom: Fire Emblem: Fuukasetsugetsu | Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Relationships: Hilda Valentine Goneril/Claude von Riegan
Characters: Hilda Valentine Goneril, Claude von Riegan
Additional Tags: Femdom, Topping from the Bottom, Pegging, Post-Game(s)

Hilda's tired. Claude's needy. A compromise is (mostly) reached.

Fic Post: Joyride (Miko/various, PG, 1/5)

This is another one of those times when I spent all day on the internet, finally got something written, and then decided, fuck it, I'm just gonna finish this no matter how late it gets, deadlines are a-commin'. Which is why I'm up at 1 on a school night again. I'm making a note here, Muppet: huge success.

Anyway, because I only managed the one fic for my week of Miko love for ,[livejournal.com profile] womenlovefest I figured I could at least post some mroe stuff by the end of September (when posting "closes"). It's not finished, yeah, but it's started and I know where it's going.

I'm gonna link to it on the main post in the morning, though; no sense staying up later than I have to.

Title: Joyride
Fandom: Transformers Prime (with crossovers with Animated, G1, and Bayverse)
Characters/Pairings: Miko Nakadai/Sierra (this chapter); future crossover characters listed in their respective chapters.
Rating: PG
Word Count: 1257 (this chapter)
Content Advisories: Mild romance; references to offscreen violence (futurechapters); AU
Summary: Or, five girls Miko hasn't kissed.
Notes: Written (belatedly) for [livejournal.com profile] womenlovefest. WIP, unbetaed.

Fic Post: The Beast That Shouted "I" At the Heart of the World (Miko, G)

It's still the 9th for ten whole minutes dammit.

Anyway, this is the first day of my [livejournal.com profile] womenlovefest weeklong Miko Nakadai love-a-thon, and I decided I would put together a quick little ficlet based on an idea I'd been tossing around. Perhaps something that takes a little more time tomorrow? A picspam or some icons?

Title: The Beast That Shouted "I" At the Heart of the World
Fandom: Transformers: Prime
Characters: Miko Nakadai
Rating: G
Word Count: 560
Content Advisories: Spoilers for "One Shall Fall", and speculation for the following episodes.
Summary: She's never been able to recapture that feeling. Not till now.
Notes: Written for the first day of the week-long [livejournal.com profile] womenlovefest. Title shamelessly nicked from the final episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion, though this hopefully won't be nearly as confusing. Not betaed; so sorry. :(

Fic: Chosen (Megatron/Liege Maximo, G)

So I'm going to have a busy day tomorrow, which means I had to get my [livejournal.com profile] tf_rare_pairing  Monthly Challenge Fic finished tonight, which means I started with the germ of a good idea a few days ago and spent the next few days smacking my head against a wall because the thing just wasn't happening. Oh good, I'd forgotten when writing was frustrating and horrible.

Also using a character nobody knows about from a single panel of a twenty-year-old comic, trololo. One day I'll write fic someone might actually want to read. Through I suppose the next things on the to-write list are kinkmeme requests and memes so technically someone must want to read those.

Also I am total crap at writing any Megatron ever, of course. *grump*

Title: Chosen
Fandom: Transformers (Prime/Exodus/War for Cybertron and Marvel Comics, with bits of Bayverse and G1 Cartoon thrown in for flavor)
Characters/Pairings: Megatron (Prime)/Liege Maximo
Rating: G
Word Count: 1,200
Content Advisories: None needed
Summary: Your lord would not have you a slave.
Prompt: June 12, felix culpa
Notes: Written for the June Challenge at [livejournal.com profile] tf_rare_pairing . Takes place shortly after "Shadowzone" in TF: Prime continuity.

Fic: For Secret's Sake (Liz/Brigadier, PG-13)

So I was going to do a join.me freewriting thing and then I realized that I had like two sentences to go to finish this fic. So I did! I am just a finishing-things machine this week, except for things I owe people and stuff I'm actually supposed to do. Still, that's at least the top two things on that poll thing I did a while back, which is a nice feeling.

Would you believe this was actually (like half the things I start) a response to a kinkmeme prompt? I just forgot the smut again. At some point I will finish a fic that does not revolve around porking, I really will.

Title: For Secret's Sake
Fandom: Doctor Who (Classic Series)
Characters/Pairings: Brigadier Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart/Liz Shaw
Rating: PG-13
Content Advisories: Fade-to-black sex
Summary: This is something different; this is something just for them. Post-Season 7, after Liz leaves.
Word Count: 1,060

Fic Post: Fractal (Three/Master, Three/Jo, PG-13)

Computer's mostly back together, but the router is sporadically going down, leaving me with no internet access - so I've had to actually write in what free time I've had between various and sundry Family Things and work and stuff. And so I finally finished that dream!fic I've been going on about for ages!

I am not sure how to feel now that I've actually finished. It almost doesn't feel like it's really done, like there's got to be more that I can tack on to it. Possibly that's a bad sign?

Also I cannot get over my alternating fear that it's either a) completely incomprehensible or b) way more comprehensible than it should be and comes across as a load of pretentious tune-shy wank.

Okay enough of my anxieties here's the fic.

Title: Fractal
Fandom: Doctor Who (Classic Series)
Characters/Pairings: Third Doctor/Jo Grant, Third Doctor/Delgado Master
Rating: PG-13
Content Advisories: Some violent imagery, nongraphic sensuality, and artistic liberties taken with mathematics.
Summary:  Infinity unfolds from even a line. The Doctor's sleeping mind has much to sort through.
Word Count: 1800
Notes: So...this is kind of a braindump. I've checked it and edited it, but it has not been beta'ed, and represents a kind of raw semi-meta take on some trends and themes I'd noticed in the Third Doctor's era. It's kind of an experiment, too, so...let me know how that goes over?

Fic: High Drama (Eject/Firewall, G)

So I figure someone had to start the ball rolling on [livejournal.com profile] 1000_robots , and that someone might as well be me. And so as not to bank a pairing someone else wanted to write, I might as well pick a completely obscure pairing that would occur to no one but me, i.e. Eject/Firewall, from The Transformers vs. G.I. Joe: Black Horizon.

So the important part is that now there are three prompts out there for you to use, and I tried to include not-too-obscure pairings in there. Plus this means I can crosspost to [livejournal.com profile] tf_rare_pairing.

Can you tell I need to go to bed? Why can I only write when it's late, I hate that.

Title:  High Drama
Fandom: Transformer vs. G.I. Joe comics continuity
Characters/Pairings: Eject/Firewall
Rating: Squeaky clean G
Content Advisories: None needed
Summary: There's a point about the nature of conflict to be made here, probably.

Fic: Inside/Outside (Galvatron/Cyclonus, R)

I promise this is the last post before I start replying to things, but around 6 this evening I was suddenly struck by inspiration to finally finish up one of those numbered kinkfic meme fics that I requested yonks ago, and once it hit 3:00 a.m. I got all fuck it I am going to finish this if it takes the hell all night. So now here it is.

Also I remembered why I write slash fic so infrequently, and it is more or less entirely down to fucking pronouns. Is there a more elegant was to say "he" and "the other he"? Because the ambiguity is a little infuriating.

Title: Inside/Outside
Fandom: Transformers Generation 1
Characters/Pairings: Galvatron/Cyclonus
Rating: R
Content Advisories: Somewhat explicit sex of the plug'n'play and spark flavors; references to violence, including references to self-inflicted. Bit of metaphoricality at the end there, too.
Summary: Cyclonus keeps records on his surface.
Word Count: 882
Notes: Written for [livejournal.com profile] caia_comica , who requested Galvatron/Cyclonus and ended up with the kink "biting/marking" in the randomized kinkfic meme.

Fic: No Victims Only Volunteers (Blurr, ensemble, PG-13, WIP)

So I finally decided I should stop dithering and post this, in yet another misguided hope of getting myself to write something. I keep almost writing! And then not doing anything or getting distracted. It's very discouraging.

Title: No Victims Only Volunteers
Chapter: 1/?
Fandom: Transformers: Animated
Characters/Pairings: Blurr-centric, with appearances by Ultra Magnus, Alpha Trion, Perceptor, Wheeljack, Sentinel Prime, and possibly others
Rating: PG-13
Content Advisories: References violence, debilitating injuries, and physical and psychological trauma.
Summary: There is a way back, but it winds through all the dark and narrow places. My take on a "Blurr survives" fic.
Word Count (this chapter): 1861
Notes: Title comes from the song "New Babies; New Toys" by OMD. And yes, it's still a WIP. I'm slow that way.

Fic: Wings (Optimus Prime, Ratchet, G)

Things you should not let me do: Draw sparly magical-girl outfits for my girl!Transformers. Especially not with equally sparkly transformation sequences.

...I may have been listening to the Sailor Moon Japanese theme a little bit, okay.

You should also not let me read creepypasta at 1 in the morning but we've discussed how I'm stupid like that.

ANYWAY I FINISHED A THING, YAY-UH. /o/ \o\ Don't worry, I'm certainly hard at work on the Ficlet Project fic and the kink ficlets, but I kind of wanted to finish this one up first so it wouldn't hang over my head. And mostly I'm just delighted that I WROTE A THING. MIRACLES. MAGIC EVERYWHERE.

I can't decide whether I should put the slash tag on this or not. I wrote it for an Optimus/Ratchet prompt, but, um, like pretty much all the other slash I write it came out so not-particularly-shippy that I don't think it counts. I do not understand where this weird mental block is coming from. :(

Title: Wings
Fandom: Transformers: Animated
Characters/Pairings: Optimus Prime, Ratchet (I guess it could be OP/Ratchet if you look at it funny)
Rating: G
Summary: Ratchet teaches Optimus about history, and patterns.
Word Count: 930
Notes: For [livejournal.com profile] tf_rare_pairing , in answer to the prompt "Optimus/Ratchet, forbidden". Given that I don't even know if it counts as ship fic and follows the prompt very loosely, I do not think that this was a resounding success in prompt-following. Oh, and it's post-S3.

Fic: Someone Else's Story (Buzz/Jessie, G)

Well, I ended up not having nightmares about Takashi Miike movies last night, that was nice. Though I did have a semi-nightmare about Beatrice from Umineko killing people by poisoning their soup, but that's pretty bog-standard dream business for me, sadly.

However, I have finished my first Ficlet Project ficlet HELL YEAH. :D And it did end up helping me accomplish what I wanted it to - I have been writing a lot more lately. And now I have a fic! I haven't done a fic post since April, wow. And yeah, it means I'm up at 2 a.m. again, but it beats being up at 4, and anyway I'M FINISHED so I don't care. :D

Also, as of today I have a pair of earrings shaped like SR-71 Blackbirds with little rhinestones in the wings. I'm pretty sure this makes me cooler than everybody ever.

Title: Someone Else's Story
Fandom: Toy Story
Characters/Pairings: Buzz/Jessie
Rating: G
Summary: The lives of toys are all about stories.
Word Count: 1560 (haha)
Notes: For [livejournal.com profile] livii , who gave me the prompt "Buzz/Jessie, first date", which I took a few liberties with. Hope it's still okay. :D

The Ficlet Project's still going: The first commenter on this post gets to request a fandom, a character or pairing, and a short prompt. See here for the fandoms I can write. Though do be advised that the ficlet I wite for you might be anywhere from 100 to 2000 words and it will probably take me a million billion years to write it.

And now maybe I can catch up on comments.

Fic: The Sound of Travel and the Engine (Optimus Prime, Sari, G)

Because when you have a doctor's appointment in the morning and homework due on Tuesday the thing to do is stay up until 2:30 a.m. writing fic. Clearly. [ETA] And then stay up until 3:00 a.m. having internet-connection problems because I'm finished, darnit, I want to post it right now. Phooey. [SON OF ETA] And then staying up till 3:30 trying to fix it until it finally craps out and you just stayed up way too late for nothing, congratulations.

It does puzzle me somewhat that everything I've written for TFA has been so very fluffy, but I suppose fluff is generally shorter whereas angst, drama, or any other genre takes time, dedication, and the ability to come up with an actual plot. Also I'm a complete sucker for The Big Robot Family so perhaps this is not so puzzling as it seems.

Title: The Sound of Travel and the Engine
Fandom: Transformers: Animated
Characters: Optimus Prime, Sari
Rating: G
Summary: Optimus helps Sari adjust to Cybertron any way he can.
Word Count: 820
Notes: Post-series; spoilers as such. Title comes from R.E.M.'s "You Are The Everything", which is kind of what this fic is inspired by. So that should give you a clue as to the mood, then.

Fic: Connections (Optimus Prime/Elita One, low R)

So I decided that darn it I was going to finish my [livejournal.com profile] springkink  fic yesterday. I'd just sit down and power through it. And then I'd work on my essay.

Yeah. That ended up as "stay up all night until nine bloody thirty a.m. finishing the thing because of course it spooled out into something huge and then remembering that technically I'm not actually a member of [livejournal.com profile] springkink  even though I'm signed up so I can't even post it, skip dee doo." Tell me again how enormously smart I am.

Anyway, most of the people who read this thing (if they read it, hah) will probably read it once I post it to the comm proper, but I like having things organized and in one place so I'm also posting it here. Plus, this way I can just do all the coding now, including the header (it tends to take an hour) and just copypaste it when it comes time to post it in the comm.

So, yeah. Not only is it my first Optimus/Elita fic, it's also my first G1 fic and my first shippy Transformers fic and my first fic involving robot sex of any description. Clearly I've gone completely mad. Also? Not doing this again. Ever. Chaste robot romances from here on out. I swear.

Title: Connections
Author:  that'd be me
Rating: Between PG-13 and R, I'd say - let's go with low R.
Warnings: Robot sex between a male-identified robot and a female-identified robot, plug'n'play, sort-of medical play. A splash of probably ill-handled angst.
Prompt: Transformers (G1), Elita One/Optimus Prime: doing maintenance on each other, washing (no sticky) – My beloved equal.
Wordcount: 2,525 (rrgh)
Summary: Optimus and Elita aren't who they used to be.
Notes: Takes place pre-G1 series, in the early days of the war. Which is why I felt comfortable making Optimus and Elita a bit more angsty here than they are in canon - I figure by the time we hit "The Search For Alpha Trion" they've had nine million years to get over their Issues.

Title: Epistemological Mysteries (Or, Your Optics Can Deceive You)
Fandom: Transformers: Animated
Characters: Prowl, Sari
Rating: G
Summary: Prowl ponders perception and receives a Christmas present. Post-ep for "Human Error".

Omake/Deleted Scene: Sentencing (The Memory Always Lies, Chapter 2.1)

Yeah, I put it up for public consumption. Why not. Makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something.

A bit of explanation: I originally thought that Chapter 3 of The Memory Always Lies, like Chapter 2, would be bracketed by dream sequences from the perspective of Corporal John Smith. I'm not sure if I'm still going to use that device, but even if I do use it I ended up writing a couple of scenes that just don't fit what I had in mind for said dream sequences. Most don't stand on their own, but this one does, and, as I rather like it, I thought I'd put it up here for your potential reading pleasure.

Title: Sentencing
Characters: Corporal John Smith, OC
Words: ~1200
Rating/Warnings: PG
Warnings (highlight to read): Mild violent imagery, character death.
Notes: Spoilery: This story uses the fanon theory, first made known to me by an anonymous someone on the meme, that the memory blocks imposed on the Doctor during his exile made him unable to hear or communicate with the TARDIS. I'm not sure how clear that is within the scene itself, plus I wanted to give credit where credit was due, so I thought I'd mention it here.

Erm, Happy Valentine's Day, I suppose. I made you a ficlet.

Happy Valentine's/Singles' Awareness/Hey Look Cheap Candy Day to all and sundry! You are all excellent, excellent people, whom I adore and am glad to know. *spreads the love*

Anyway, slightly randomly: A (long) while back, I did that "three fics you think I'd never write" meme. Predictably, I half-completed all of the requested ficlets and then forgot about them, because I just sort of fail at having an attention span memes that way.

I've been trying to finish up old memes lately, since I have quite a few of them backlogged, and I came across the document with the requests for that meme. Most of them are still in incomplete bits, but [livejournal.com profile] nentari  requested Jack/K-9, and the snippet I wrote for hers actually a)was finished and b) sort of stands on its own.

And, well, I haven't posted anything to [livejournal.com profile] whoniverse1000  in ages and ages... (We're at 218/1000 as of my posting this, by the way. Keep on writing! We're 1/5 of the way there!)

Fic: An Experiment, of Sorts (1/2) (Three/Liz, PG)

I have decided that it is time I standardized the format for the subject lines of my fic posts, rather than just having random titles.

Title: An Experiment, of Sorts (1/2)
Fandom: Doctor Who (Old School)
