HOT FUZZ IS AMAZING.

I spent a part of last weekend in a car with my aunt of the penchant for running red lights and registering that fact two blocks later. She didn't on this occasion. However, she did habitually stall in the middle of street, alternately speeding up in illogical patches of street, and drive without her hands on the wheel because she was too busy repeatedly stuffing her mouth with pumpkin seeds and throwing the remnants out the window with the other hand. Which she also does all the time. She tried to get me to drive and I refused because I was paranoid about not having my permit and the trouble that could cause if something happened, but quite honestly I can't have fared any worse than her.

YES IT IS OMG.

eeeeek. Oh my god. I admire you for not making her pull over right then and there. :(

I would have just been treated to her rant aka handy excuse to make a fallacious claim of infallibility about how she's been driving for thirty-odd years and knows what she's doing. I really ought to start refusing to get into cars with certain people, really.

Ugh - I've heard rants like those before, and they never get any better. Just because nothing's happened yet doesn't mean it never will...
