it suddenly seems that practically ALL of them are vying for my attention, and most of all, my TIME, completely simultaneously.

That is exactly the feeling I've got in mind, complete with small fandoms and nostalgia fandoms and the like. For some reason I feel like I've got to love on all of them at once, and I don't have nearly the time or energy for that.

*sigh* I suppose they'll all just have to line up single file and wait their turn.
