THIS IS BIZARRE, because I totally wrote a very unintelligible squee post about them under the cut title "Reasons the Doctor and Jo are cuter than you in The Curse of Peladon."

But they ARE warm and fuzzy and overtly shippy. But yeah, you don't want to take it too far even so. Let their intense amounts of squishy speak for itself (and it DOES omg).

Because they ARE! I will never tire of the conversation you quoted. Or of her calling him a name-dropper at the end. Or of that look he gives her when she insults him in front of the diplomats.

I'll try to keep the squee in check. XD I don't think it's quite gone too far yet. Well, there's post-danger hugging. Is hugging going too far? I don't think it is.

That's like half of what they do, though! So, no, I wouldn't say too far at all. You can't faithfully bypass the hugging.
