Oh, God, shaving is EVIL. Tis what I hate about the summer...the fact I need to shave on a (more) regularly basis. And I dry-shave, so I get cuts too! It's a pain in the booty, but I don't like shaving with shaving cream. I know it's weird. I can't explain it. XD

Shopping is always fun! I'm glad you had a grand ol' time. (:

Good luck driving to your friend's graduation on Tuesday! Just stay calm, put on some music to relax you, and you should be fine. (:

Oh, and thanks for the hugs and well-wishes. *hugs* I'm just going through a really tough time right now (mentally speaking), and my depression has been recurring. Hopefully I'll get through this; having buddies like you, whom I know care, make it so much better. Thanks again.

Ah, see, even with water and shaving cream I hack up my legs. And it's too hot in the summer time to wear pants and boots to cover it up. That's the one thing I like better about winter.

Haha, and I didn't end up driving anyway. Someone else drove. But thanks for the good wishes!

I'm glad to offer any help I can, and I really do hope you start feeling better soon. *squeeze* It's tough, but I know you'll get through it.

Yes, winter is so much better! Not to mention the fact that there is a total absence of bees, which I can so do without. I'm terrified of those suckers.

Well, that's good! Better to be the passenger than the driver. :D

I'm feeling much, much better now. Thanks again, luvie. *hugs back*

Oh, and I wanted to ask you...what exactly are tapas? They sound positively yummy.

Generally speaking, I like summer better because I hate being cold, but not having to shave and lack of bees are among winter's advantages.

Glad you're feeling better. *biiiig squeeze*

Tapas are small portions of food meant to be sampled and shared. It's a Spanish thing; instead of eating dinner, people in Spain very frequently order two or three small dishes (tapas) and share them among themselves. Tapas can be anything from assorted cheeses to fried asparagus to spicy sausage/chorizo to chilled sardines in vinegar to anything I mentioned above.

What's available and what's best varies by region, but here on this side of the Atlantic we don't have that problem (though good tapas places can be hard to find).
