It is.

That asinine rule is only one of many, I'm afraid. I hate the way ff.net is set up now, the old way was so much more efficient than all these stupid links that don't really accomplish anything the old set-up couldn't. What's worse is they changed fictionpress to look like that, too. >_

There's *more* rules? Oy. And yes, the setup confuses me. It took me forever just to find my Document Manager (only to be told that I *still* couldn't use it). The old one worked fine; I don't know why they changed it.
