Back in my dorm, with internet but not unpacked because such are my priorities.
I am not happy to have homework to do again, but I am happy to be out of checkout limbo and in a room with a bed in it again (long story - will have to wait for the trip recap). Also, I may never eat anything ever again. I think I'm still full from two dinners ago. :P
Have a few pictures, since I won't be able to postthem all most of them until later:

The Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade at Magic Kingdom! Which I squeed at and took lots of pictures of and WAVED TO MICKEY because Disney World is infectious and I am not nearly as ironic about my love as I should be.
And a shot of the first float:

Goofy Topiary at Epcot! He was hidden away behind shrubbery, unfortunately, but I managed a picture.

Epcot is also full of pretty flowers, in preparation for the International Flower and Garden Show. This is one of the many, many, many pictures I took of the roses.
(What? Look, no one wanted to stop and take pictures of the characters with me. I had to take photos of something.)

Mission: Space has the best building ever.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad! Still my favorite. Well, maybe my second-favorite.
Would love to post more, but I have homework that II should have done a week or two ago beckoning, so I really must run. But a few Points Of Squee that happened while I was away:
starletfallen wrote me CAL/Miss Evangelista from "Silence in the Library"/"Forest of the Dead" over at
whoniverse1000 , and it is one of those small obscure ships that I ship very hard and don't really talk about at all. It is sweet and lovely and fills in a blank space in the episode which is my favorite kind of fic. Go read it!
And Block Transfer Computations got a runner-up for Best Episode Tag in the Children of Time awards. Aw, thanks, you guys. I'm glad somebody likes it. I should write more fic-in-an-hour. :D A big congratulations to all the other winners, runner-ups, and nominees on the flist; you're awesome writers who deserve the love.
Off now to work; see you all later.

I only got nominated, not runner-up, but I lost out as I predicted to
Shiny things! Looking forward to the report, even if it contains a certain amount that is less than happy (I should do a Gallifrey roundup).

And yes, I'd love to hear about Gallifrey! I've been wanting to go for years, and this year had so many guests I wanted to see. You must tell us all about it!

That is about as coherent as I get.

Can't wait to hear more about Disney and see pics. Did you go on the Buzz Lightyear ride? That's one of our faves. How about the Tower of Terror at Disney Hollywood Studios? Did you see the Indiana Jones Stunt Show and Lights Motors Action? *iz a Dizney geek*

I've got the first part of the Disney Report typed up (it got a bit epic), so I should have more pictures soon. And I did go on Buzz Lightyear, because it's one of my favorites, and the Stunt Show (where my friend got to be an extra!) but not the Tower of Terror, because I had to be dragged even onto Space Mountain, that's how big of a roller-coaster sissy I am. :D
