You remember how I kept wanting to do that Carnival of Monsters picspam but couldn't do it because Windows Media Player wouldn't take screencaps and VLC didn't fit on my poor overstuffed hard drive?
This new laptop has Vista, whereon WMP works just fine with screencaps. Problem solved!
To celebrate, a shiny new screencap, posted mainly to test my computer and make sure the screencapping tool is actually working, and it's not just a cruel joke my computer is playing on me:
Ta da.
So it looks like I'll be able to do that picspam after all, once I sort out the rest of my life and Get Organized and et cetera.

Post of substance shall happen later, possibly Friday evening.

Oh, but of course! I just need to get the thing finished, and alas, screencapping takes time. And eep, I have the beginnings of two fics planned for the ficathon, but I have to finish them! Thanks for reminding me.
