It's such a relief that Obama won. I'd lost all faith in this country, but now I have a teeny bit of hope once more.

I'm almost scared to hope too much - it seemed too good to be true. But maybe, just maybe, this is where things turn around for this country.

obama took 71% in our county!!! I was so shocked seeing North Carolina and Virginia go Blue, WHAT THE HELL!! Ohio, New Mexico and so forth

I know! Especially North Carolina; one of the reasons I was so insistent on using the absentee ballot was that I didn't think my vote would count in NC, but it would have. And that's amazing.
