L&O! (I'd like to hear someone else's view on it; not that I'm a fan, just that it gets filmed in my neighborhood.)

not that I'm a fan, just that it gets filmed in my neighborhood.

For starters, that is awesome.

Unpopular opinions:

1. I actually liked Nina Cassady. She'll never be my favorite character, because she was only there for one season, but she played well off Ed and had a nice, forthright newness to her (I don't know if that makes any sense, but there you go). I think she was good for Ed during his first run as senior detective.

2. There have been way too damn many cast changes in the past three years. I know that the show lives and dies by its rotating cast, but the past three seasons have cleared out almost everybody, leaving me the viewer no time to get used to each new addition and get a feel for how they work with the team. I could handle Nina and Connie's addition since Jack, Ed, and Van Buren were still there, but taking out Ed and bringing in a whole new detective before I had a chance to 'break in' Lupo? Not cool.

3. Ed Green deserved so much better than "Burn Card". That's all I have to say about that.
