And I know this because I have far too many clothes, many of which no longer fit or look good on me. Yes, two weeks into summer vacation, I am finally unpacking my clothes and discovering that I have too many. I think the next order of business will be a closet clearout, hopefully before I go in search of more professional attire for work.

Memorial Day weekend went well; having no computer and thus no obligation to keep up with anything is actually quite relaxing. and I'm a much more productive writer when I don't have a host of other attendant distractions. About eight pages (on small paper, granted) of plot outline for Memory can attest to that. Also, there was seafood paella. And fresh strawberries. And Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which I enjoyed despite its unfortunate lack of Sean Connery. 

Six days until I go back to work. No particular plans for those days, except eventually hauling Little Brother off to see Iron Man because I'm GOING to see this movie, dammit.

How was everyone else's weekend, then? Anybody do anything exciting? 

Also, Friends At College, are you by any chance home yet? I miss you.

Well, there was that scene where Harrison Ford gazed lovingly at a picture of Sean Connery. It must have been like, 20 seconds of just Sean-Connery-Picture!! I guess that's better than nothing? Maybe?

I think it'd have to be Sunday evening, because Sunday afternoon I'm off at a family friend's graduation party. Maybe we can do dinner Sunday? I'll have to ask my parents when they wake up again.
