In other news, you all know that  whoniverse1000thing I've been blathering about? I've been thinking about doing something similar myself for the CSIverse. Not an actual meme, mind you since there are only a handful of writers in the CSI fandoms I like reading and some of them don't have LJs, just a kind of goal for myself: write as many one-shots for as many CSI-verse ships as I can imagine, even people who've never met or aren't on the same show. Granted, the setup will be a bit more difficult than for the Whoniverse, what with the lack of time travelling in the CSIverse and all, but it's something I'd actually like to try - if nothing else, it'll get my CSIverse mojo working so I can go back to some of the extant fics and challenges that I need to finish. 

If I did take the challenge, I'd probably either set up a seperate community/user where I could dump my fic for that challenge or set up another ficbucket here, though if I did the latter, I couldn't use pairing tags since I'd end up with eight jillion tags by the end and I'd like to save some tagging space for important stuff.

Thoughts? Would you try it, fellow CSIverse scribblers? Hey, it worked for the Jossverse. 

Speaking of the Who version, I bucked up and posted That Ficlet What I Wrote Last Night. And, apparently, was the first person to post a threesome to the meme rather than a pairing.

Considering how vanilla I am in real life (and how I don't actually know how threesomes work at all) I find this rather amusing.
