Yes! Do that! I would totally read that, despite my near-total lack of knowledge about anything prior to the Ninth Doctor. Only, at least consider keeping that statement for the summary and giving it an actual title? I know it's tradition and all, but tradition is stupid. I defy it by inventing my own titles when I print good ones for the binder.
I feel like this is what it must be like to read a difficult homework assignment in preparation for discussion (I wouldn't know...I tend to skip right over the hard stuff). I have just the barest grasp of what's going on, with most of it going right over my head except for odd keywords that trigger recognition ("Sarah Jane! Time War!") but I am fascinated all the same. In conclusion: clueless but curious.

I was thinking about doing that, actually, if only because that title is so cumbersome and I'm not sure it would even fit in the FF.net or Teaspoon title slot.
For an actual title, I'm thinking either "All My Love to Long Ago" (which is a line from the Ten-and-Five episode Time Crash and thus is sort of cheating) or "And I Was So Much Older Then (And Maybe Wiser Too)" (which I know I've heard somewhere before, but I just can't place).
But, in the meanwhile, "Five Times" serves as a good working title whilst I do my research and drafting.
Oh, I'm glad to hear you're interested! I know I've been nattering sort of endlessly about Doctor Who recently, but it's just the first rush of New Fandom joy; it'll die down eventually, I promise! In the meanwhile, making posts like this just help me keep track of everything. :)
(And once it is finished, feel free to inquire about anything. One of the great things about fandom is that it's not an exam. :D)

New Fandom Joy is one of the greatest things about fandom. Keeps things interesting.
