Yeah I saw about Jack being promoted to DA too. That would be wrong on so many levels. Only if like, they had Jack as DA for one day and he screwed up so much that they replaced him with someone right for the role. Because then that would be funny. The show hasn't been funny in a long time.

*giggle* That'd certainly be interesting. See, if Jack did end up DA, I'd think it much more likely that he'd just resign or head into private practice, rather than actually taking the job.

Hmmm. We shall have to see how it all plays out.
