I'm sorry to be rude and just burst in without introduction, but I had to ask if you knew about the actual Richard Belzer muppet? Sesame Street did an SVU parody last year called "Special Letters Unit" which you can find on YouTube. I'm terrible with links, but here's one to a page with the video and a screen cap. :) Hehe, that's okay. I don't mind. And I have seen Special Letters Unit and found it adorable and funny. There are actually a few SLU icons floating around here (it's in my memories section if you want to see it), but as I've never found another one of Sparky, I keep mine around for sentimental reasons.
