The hell, about to start?! They've always been in...*actually checks site* oh, right, okay. Still August. Phew. Plenty of time to mull over my picks.

As far as I know, you can nominate whoever you want, so long as it isn't yourself, and you don't have to do anything other than post your work somewhere on the internet where the public can see it.

And I am most definitely nominating something of yours when the time comes; my only trouble will be picking a favorite.

Ah, good to know. Yeah, sorry I kind of jumped the gun there.

And, so far as I can see, only Moonlight In Brazil has been nominated before and is therefore off-limits. Up till August should be plenty of time to pick my own favorites.
