This is mostly my TV fandoms, but my one prominent video game ship is thrown in there just for fun.

“One True Pairing” ship: At the moment, it’s Horatio/Marisol (CSI: Miami), since I like writing about them best. However, they barely edge out Jack/Claire, my favorite Law and Order ship to write about, and Mac/Peyton (CSI: New York) is slowly climbing its way up here.
“One True Threesome” ship: Are we talking about love triangles or actual ménage a trois? I can’t think of any for the latter, but for the former, I’d have to say it’s a tie between Olivia/Elliot/Kathy (Law and Order: SVU) and House/Cuddy/Wilson (House). Doctor/Rose/Jack (New Doctor Who) earns an honorary spot.
“Canon” ship: See the “One True Pairing” list – all of those are canon (sort of). Generally I’m okay with canon pairings, with a few notable exceptions.
“Not quite canon but should be” ship: Calleigh/John Hagen (CSI: Miami), especially because having that in canon would mean that Hagen wouldn’t die. And I’m a fan of Hagen not dying.
Also, a part of me wanted Olivia/Brian (SVU) to work out so that Brian Cassidy wouldn’t leave. My love for Fin is well-publicized, but why couldn’t we have had him and Cassidy? I liked Cassidy.
And Warrick/Catherine (CSI), too. Because let’s face it, we’ve barely even seen Tina, and TPTB practically spelled out that they were attracted to each other. (Sorry. I just can’t stop.)
“If this happens I’ll stab my eyes out with a spork” ship: House/Cameron (House). Why exactly has this ship not died yet? I just don’t want it to happen.
I feel I should also mention that, despite my on-again-off-again interest in Elliot/Olivia (SVU), I can’t see it happening in canon and would be rather upset if it did. I don’t know if I’d be upset enough to spork my eyes out, though.
“You are one sick bastard” ship: Delkocest. Cainecest. Skywalkercest. Mac/Reed. You are noticing a pattern, yes?
“I am one sick bastard” ship: Auron/Rikku (Final Fantasy X). Much though I try to convince myself that it is an innocently romantic pairing, the fact remains that one of the participants is 15, which makes it technically lolicon. My shame is endless, and yet there is nothing I can do to make myself dislike this ship.
“I dabble a little” ship: John/Casey and Olivia/Alex (SVU). I don’t think that John and Casey absolutely omgMUST get together, but I think it would be interesting if they did. Same goes with Alex and Olivia – I’d like to see what would happen if they were in a relationship (not to mention it feeds my angst needs), but I don’t think they have to be.
“It’s like a car crash” ship: You know, I don’t know if I can think of one. Wait, actually, it’d have to be Elliot/Kathy (SVU) and the constant flux their relationship is in. Jack/Claire (L&O) may fall into this category too. And no, I didn’t see the horrific joke I just walked into.
“Tickles my fancy but not quite sold yet” ship: House/Cuddy (House). Cuddy’s one of the few people who constantly has the upper hand on House and is not at all put off by his weirdness, and there’s something to be said for that. At the moment, I’m not sure whether I like House/Cuddy or House/Wilson better, but the two jostle one another on an episode-by-episode basis.
“Makes no canon sense but why the hell not” ship: Probably Auron/Rikku (FFX). Never going to happen in canon, but I can’t help but try to justify it based on obviously insignificant details.
“Everyone else loves it but I just don’t feel it” ship: Calleigh/Ryan (CSI: Miami). I’ve never really seen anything between Ryan and Calleigh. Maybe a mentor/student relationship or a very close friendship, but nothing by way of attraction. That, and I find the name “CaRwash” a little odd. (Not as odd as YoBling, though.)
“When all is said and done” ship: …I don’t think I have one.

Jack/Claire (L&O) may fall into this category too. And no, I didn’t see the horrific joke I just walked into. --*bites lip to muffle giggles* Bad form, RS, bad form!
“Everyone else loves it but I just don’t feel it” ship: Calleigh/Ryan (CSI: Miami). --I swear the only reason I ship these two is because of the overly dramatic promo CBS ran for the original airing of "Recoil." I mean, I've been prodded along by good fanfic and the time she kinda-sorta asked him out for drinks, but it all stems from that episode.

I swear the only reason I ship these two is because of the overly dramatic promo CBS ran for the original airing of "Recoil." Ah. That would explain it then, as I have not seen that promo. The only CaRwash hintings I've ever got were from Calleigh's "Thanks, babe" and Ryan complimenting Calleigh on her earrings, which would have been totally innocent had I not been aware of the amount of Calleigh/Ryan fic out there.
