By "get off the computer, Renee Magritte," I mean "after you have written me a Three/Jo/Master dreamfic."

Three/Jo/Master fic written by Magritte would be really strange.

Well, it's dreamfic, it's already Magritte-esque in nature, I suppose. May as well commit to the possibilities.

I just need to figure out an excuse to make a train come out of a chimney somewhere in there.

THE CARNAGE :((((((

damn you I can't pick more than one! :c I was torn between "various things" and "faith leaders" (guh!) and now I can't remember which I picked, which is fine by me.

Also I don't know who Renee Magritte is, but I just told her off somethin' good. Oh yeah. :O

No, because then if I did tickyboxes for the fic options, then there'd be no way to have a majority or decision or anything and I'd be even more confused! Also you appear to have picked "various things", which is nicely open-ended. :D

Renee Magritte (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MagrittePipe.jpg) painted a picture of a pipe with "C'est ne pas une pipe" ("This is not a pipe") written underneath it, in order to demonstrate that a painting was illusory and an image of a thing was not a thing. I have shamelessly borrowed that catchphrase for the sake of an internet tickybox joke.

In fact, it's René Magritte, and he's a guy. ^^

I picked "Liz/Brig", but what I actually want is Three/Liz. NOBODY writes Three/Liz. XP I think the only Three/Liz fic I've ever seen on the interwebs was clone noncon or some such. O_O

You know, I did have a Three/Liz story what needed finishing! I should have put that up as a selectable option. If only I could edit polls. :(

Considering how much UST there is between Three and Liz and how widely acknowledged it is I'm sort of surprised at how little there is. Although I'm almost impressed at the sole clone noncon fic, if only because, I mean, starting out with Three/Liz and somehow ending up with "clone noncon". I'm not sure how you'd get there but I'm sure it's impressive.

There is Three/Liz on the kinkmeme, but there should be much, much more overall. I can't think of a specific example outside of the kinkmeme, although I remember a fic which had a bit that talked about how brilliant Liz was and there was a line like 'He wants to kiss her, but she'll taste human'. I think it was multi-era, possibly it was one of [livejournal.com profile] calapine's? *shrugs*

So yes, Three/Liz is awesome!

I am...almost tempted to go looking for clone noncon Three/Liz. However, I do have a wish to preserve my brain cells.

Pardon the lateness of this comment, but I just want to say, as a Third Doctor fan from way back to 1984 (when I was 16-17, so there may have been some element of wrongness in my "Wow, he's quite hot!" reaction, which hasn't changed), there's not enough #3 with anyone. Darn. I had/have a thing for his energy and hair and grin and the wicked glint in his eyes... It's got to be because he's "old" that he's ignored, except that 50ish to 55ish (Pertwee's age during 1970-74) isn't that old. To me. Oh well. How one ignores a 6'3" Doctor who practices martial arts is beyond me...

I once read a Three/Sarah fic, to which someone replied '...You do know the Third Doctor is old, right?', and the author, very rightly, said 'He's younger than the Tenth Doctor'. You go, author.

ITA with this, and also with the t-shirt. I love his frilly shirts and velvet jackets and swishy capes, but um, in a t-shirt...yeah.

I tell you, this is why you've got to keep your toys in separate drawers. You never know which of them's a serial killer.

Although that robot on top? Pretty much acts like that even in the source material. So I suppose it'd be common sense to give him a shelf to himself and not let him near any sharp things.
