I don't watch the series, so I don't know the character. Sorry. :(

I love how quirky with you. You're willing to explore and go on adventures, whether it's in Frederick or out to a concert, and I've never been able to do that. You check out new bands and restaurants and go to offbeat, out-of-the-way places, and I really like that about you.

Anyway, Bob, with the caveat that my *ahem* source got TOS'ed midway through Season 3 and from there I'm going on my memories of the remainder of the season and My Two Bobs:

1. Hexadecimal has been flirting with him for quite a while pre-series (in her own strange way), and he's well aware of her interest in him and the fact that she listens to him in a way she doesn't to anyone else. One of the reasons he's such an advocate of viral rehabilitation is because of her - if there was nothing redeemable about viruses, he wouldn't be able to talk her down.

2. He and Mouse had a thing pre-series, which ended...not badly exactly, but not in a way that prevented her from tracking him down for Megabyte later. I mostly think this because it is conducive to Bob/Dot/Mouse shenanigans, but hey.

3. His car got busted while he was pulling a stunt to impress Dot and Enzo. It didn't work. Well, maybe it worked a little bit on Enzo.

4. His hair controls the weather! :D Um, not really. When my friends and I watched the series back in the day we kept trying to come up with a reason for Bob's hair color (when no one else had shiny hair like that - granted, we hadn't seen AndrAIa by that point) and finally Friend pointed out that his hair was the same color as the sky when it got Dark and Dramatic, and it had the same swirly effects as the Games that came out of the sky while it was Dark and Dramatic, and thus by a strange leap of 3 a.m. logic his hair controlled the weather, since the weather always seemed to be tied to what was happening to him anyway.

...in my defense, we were like thirteen.

Oooh, this! If there's any OT3 in the series that I'm in favor of, it's Bob/Dot/Mouse. The shenanigans would be winsauce. And would probably continue even when Mouse and Ray hooked up, with Ray being dragged rather bemused into the whole thing.

Bwahahaha! (Though, admittedly, I always thought the dark, silvery sheen his hair took on during Dramatic Moments - like "Trust No One" - was a bit awesome looking)

Eeeee now I want OT4 fic. I really like the idea of Bob/Mouse and Dot/Mouse but I like Bob/Dot and (from what I've seen of it) Mouse/Ray too much to break them up. Truly OT(n)s solve everything.

Oh, don't get me wrong - I enjoy Bob's hair greatly. That's probably why I ended up thinking to hard about why it looked the way it did.

Your small-fandom love is downright inspiring, I hope you know, to say nothing of how eager you are to get a newbie such as myself hooked. :D I love how you do fandom in general - you're always very chill about it, even things you dislike. You hold big epic crossoverfests and post vids about voice actors and generally spread the love for things you love without getting overly mad about things that don't work for you. And you don't let drama get you down.

So do I now! Though there really just needs to be more Mouse fic period. But I'm biased, she's my favorite Reboot girl.

That's what I really like about golden-era Mainframe Entertainment. ReBoot, Shadow Raiders and Beast Wars all have canon on-screen couples that I actually really like. Which is weird and not at all like me. I guess the writers just happened to be on my brain wave...

XD! My philosophy has always been to try to focus on the stuff I like and not on the stuff that irritates me. Heathlier ~~and saner~~ that way.

ReBoot, Shadow Raiders and Beast Wars all have canon on-screen couples that I actually really like.

I think it helps that the girls in those canon couples are awesome and kickass and the guys in those canon couples aren't jerks. Generally I like that in a pairing. :D
