I think I just slept for over 15 hours. There was a 1-hour break in the middle there to go get some breakfast, but other than that, I've pretty much spent the entire day some form of unconscious.

On the one hand, that is very Not Good, as I've got work to do (two essays due Monday and Tuesday, waaaah) and Yuletide to stress out over (I still can't find my recipient's Dear Author letter, this DYA collection post is so huge waaaah). On the other hand I'm sort of impressed with myself. And I also feel *great*. Still sick, but I haven't felt this rested in ages.

Also my headphones have suddenly and mysterously died. For a moment, in my newly-wakeful delirium, I thought I was just living in a strange, soundless Twilight Zone.


And now I must decide what to work on first. I'm in that confused post-ficathon state where I kind of want to keep writing because I'm on a roll and yet I also never want to look at a blank word-processor document ever again.

I did want to mention, that, um, I was wondering if you had gotten to read the story I wrote for you? I know it's not a masterpiece but I was hoping to hear what you thought of it. I have this bug up my ass generally about feedback in ficathons, and, well, yeah. Anyway, sorry if this sounds rude, I'm not trying to be, I just decided to be upfront for a change rather than continuing to worry about it.

Also I completely empathize with you - my legs were cramping up yesterday because I've been sitting/sleeping so darn much this past week that I wanted to keep writing but I hated having to sit in front of the computer to do it. Achhh.
