Mostly I deleted things. Like, 1300 words of things. I wasn't feeling up to writing drama anymore and I thought the mood didn't work and I also quite probably wasn't seeing straight.

Yeah, it's due today; I'm going to have to finish it today because I stayed up till 4 last night without accomplishing much besides deletion. I want to rewrite the whole thing, really, because I think I went about it all wrong, but today is the extension deadline so it's far too late for that.

Bleargh I hate school and obligations and my inability to accomplish things any earlier than the day before they're due. D:

I wish I had seen this earlier - your recipient has totally failed to get their fic in and hasn't responded to my inquiry so I'm thinking - don't kill yourself over this. If you don't turn one in you don't have a right to get one. She may come through yet but...anyway, I know you've been sick, so take your time.

Oh - I thought she was just late, as I was. Thanks for letting me know; that's a lot of pressure off, which hopefully will mean less panicking.

Though now it's kind of a principle thing. I'm 3000 words into it and, hey, if I can't even finish this, how does that bode for Yuletide? I've got no particular plans for the evening, and I'm still too wodgy to make any, so hopefully tonight will be a good night for finishing things.
