When you sit down to write a journal entry and find that you have nothing relevant to say.
You know what else is really annoying? When you go to make yourself buttered toast and find that you don't have spread with sweet cream - you just have actual butter.
Yes, sounds stupid, I know. How can you make buttered toast without butter? I'm all for real butter in baking, but when I actually have to put butter on things, I can't use real butter, because you could bludgeon someone to death with real butter. Real butter does not spread properly. When you try to spread butter on toast, you just end up denting the bread and leaving the butter alone. By the end of five minutes, you have nothing but bread confetti and a crumb-covered butter wad.
Spread makes life so much easier.
To the various authors at lawandorder100 - I've read all the new stories and enjoyed them; I just haven't commented because I'm a laze. I will comment ere the challenge ends. I may even post again.
To everyone else on my flist, concerning their journals - see above.
I'm going back to school in two days. Still not too enthused. Still, I'll probably like it once I get back. I have a feeling that this semester will be harder, though; I'm taking biology and Spanish 201. Bio will be the hardest, I think. I haven't taken any science class since the end of my senior year, and I haven't taken bio since tenth grade. Still, it's molecular and cellular bio, which is what I was good at back in tenth grade. I suppose I'll have to wait and see.
The daily paper has lied to me. I was promised a new Criminal Minds tonight starring Keith Carradine(for some reason I thought he was dead...)and it was an old episode. Boo.
Speaking of TV, I managed to miss the first new Miami of the year. More boo. But, judging from what I heard, it wasn't a spectacular episode. At least Natalia's ex is dead. Oh, you didn't see it either? Sorry. Plus, I heard something about Natalia giving Horatio a hug. I do not approve of that. There are only two women on the show who are allowed to so much as look flirtatiously at Horatio, let alone hug him. Their names are Marisol Delko and Calleigh Duquesne. (Though I could be persuaded to let Yelina touch him, if she asks nicely.)
Relevant point alert: I was thinking about setting up an online store through another website to sell my bead jewelry. If I set up shop, do you think anyone would be interested in buying? My work's gotten a fairly good response so far - at least so far as I can tell from other people's comments. And I could use a little extra money. I'll be putting up photos of some of my favorite pieces on DeviantArt within a week, if you wanted to see what I might have to offer. Any thoughts? Think it's a good idea?
I'm tired. I should be packing. I don't want to go back to doing anything.
I've got a better ramble stored up for tommorrow, or possibly the day after that.
Wake me up when I've graduated and figured out my life.

Ok GOOD. If there had been Natalia-hugging I might have screamed.

Oh, and I for one would be interested in seeing pictures of your bead jewelry. :D

Most of the pictures I took came out blurry, so I'll probably be putting them up here instead of/in addition to DA. Perhaps I'll just direct my watchers here, actually. I've been kinda dead on DA for a month, so I'd feel wierd if the first new things I posted were blurry photographs.

In college, I took new science classes like Astromony, The only science class, I took, which was similar to my high school science classes was archaeology. I took archaeology my senior year, and my junior year of college.

Astronomy sounds pretty interesting. I have to take a lab science, though, and out of all of those, Bio was the one I was most interested in. But I have to take at least one more math or science, so maybe I'll be able to branch out for that requirement.
