You're not making this any easier. D: What if it's a Gallifreyan cliff, a la Five Doctors? A gentle slope at most, requiring only someone with a length of rope to get you back to the surface?

Then again, I think someone else who did this meme dodged the "cliff" question by positing that, somewhere in the galaxy, "cliffing" is probably slang for something obscene. I might just have to follow suit.
