Er, not really. But I could use a little advice: What's something the fobwatched!Doctor could say to alert Benton that his memories might be starting to come back?
Nothing major, not yet, and nothing too out there like "oh hey, I went to the Moon once", just a past event he could refer to in normal conversation. Something like fobwatched!Ten saying that he learned to draw in Gallifrey in the TV "Human Nature". I've already got one incident written ("John Smith" staring intently at his coffee mug and asking Benton if he has any idea what a time flow analogue is), and after that the Doctor's going to bring up the watch in conversation (which is what makes Benton report to the Brigadier at the end of Chapter 1), but I need something in between.
Just a detail from a previous adventure, a bit of Academy fanon, anything. Although, since this is Three who's fobwatched, having him refer to anything after The Ambassadors of Death will be slightly counterproductive.
Thanks in advance, you all. And I've only got one more scene to write after this! Almost finished! \o/

(This is from something by Terrence Dicks.)

Is the peristogo stick something he invented, though, or is that a real instrument? My Google-fu is failing me.
Thank you!

Maybe something small from one of the historicals, along the lines of "Hmm, I don't remember where I read that."
Ooh, something about Yeti! An Earth myth but with a Doctor connection.

And I like the idea of the Yeti! Someone else could be making a joke about "abominable snowmen" and he could cheerfully respond that he always thought it'd be funny if they were really robots. Or maybe something about accidentally poisoning Nero.
Thanks for the help!

Underground jokes could still work fine, though; a lot of the soldiers under the Brig's command in The Wed of Fear might have ended up at UNIT as well, so the incident would be familiar enough that the Doctor could get away with it in conversation.
Thank you!
