"Also, Haroun and the Sea of Stories is a fantastic book and everyone should read it."

!!!!

It *is*!!! I literally *just* finshed reading this for my comp lit class. I however haven't read the last couple chapters, cause someone misplaced my copy... *grumble*

I like reading your LJ... It makes me feel like I'm keeping up with your life more than I have been recently. And it's not like everyone else posts worthwhile and meaningful information that shakes the foundations of the known world. Heaven knows that I certainly don't. So, no pressure. It's the little, everyday stuff that counts in the end.

See, I had also literally *just* finished it when I posted the journal, so, same situation. Only it was for Humanities, which is kinda like comp lit, I guess...I'm so glad we read it, though, because it's very rapidly made its way to near the top of my Favorite Books list. I shall have to go find more Salman Rushdie and see if all his books are that good. :)

Heh, that's okay. I have the same situation with your LJ - I feel like that's just what we do now instead of calling/e-mailing. Although I have been very, very bad about e-mailing lately...I should send out another group e-mail, just so we know that we're all still alive. I don't know why I've been so lazy about this. :(

And it's not that I need to say anything worthwhile, it's just that looking over at my archive and realizing that I have 2-3 entries per day makes it painfully clear that I am doing nothing productive.
