What do you know, this week eventually ended after all. Not very successfully, but still.

Anyway, I am home at last. Uneventful flight, but I did get a bit of writing done for the first time in ages. Also my travel writing journal has the outline for the next four chapters of Memory, which made me all eager to work on it again.

Also, I am posting this from my cell phone. I have never done that before. It's sort of thrilling, in a "wow I'm a little pathetic" kind of way. However, the little keypad has no semicolon, and that dissappoints me.

Good night, good night.

Just how is a keypad to feel complete without a semicolon?!

I DON'T KNOW. And the thing is, it's so complete everywhere else; there's just that one thing missing.

Hoorah, hard week of hard over!

Also clearly you use some better mobile service than my Verizon plan which only allows me to send 160 characters at a time to LJ. My frustration, let me show you it in tiny little abbreviated sentences. :)

(is there a symbols menu where you could insert a semi-colon? it is usually what I have to do.)

((also how often do I get a chance to use this icon outside my 8672 posts I actually make mobile-ly? Not often enough!))

*cheers*

As far as mobile posting, I just cheat - rather than actually using the "phone post" number, I use my phone's web browser to navigate over to LJ, log in, and post from there. Voila! No character limit.

(I haven't seen a symbols menu, since most of the symbols are typed in via the phone's keypad. I've gone looking, but nothing so far. Still, I can't have looked everywhere.)

Your phone doesn't have a symbols menu?

Not that I can see - symbols use the keypad. I've gone looking but found nothing; still, I can't have looked everywhere.
