Archaic-sounding curses: Because, occasionally, "fuck you" is not elaborate enough.
Apparently, in the interim between my return from school and now, my laptop became infested with a particularly insidious virus. Thankfully, all it appears to be doing is gumming up my internet for the time being - I haven't noticed any missing files or unexpected hard drive wipes.
My dad, bless him, is working on clearing the thing out, but we might have to completely wipe my computer and start it over. I won't lose much - The Traumatic Spider Incident of last semester taught me the value of backing up my data - but it'll still mean a while without my laptop.
As such, my presence here might be even more sporadic than usual; I'll still have the house desktop, and the computer at work, but since the desktop's shared and I'm supposed to be, you know, working on my work computer, my availability'll be a bit limited. I'm not ignoring you all, really. I promise.
Now watch me take every opportunity to post on the other computers, thus rendering this whole post moot.
