Apparently, the onset of Menstrual Woe either is the cause of or remarkably coincides with yet another Self-Doubt I-Hate-My-Writing Wanst-a-thon and a complete crash on any and all writing progress. I can't even write indulgent fluff right now, since the I.H.M.W.W.A.T. is actually kind of centered around it.

Also, The Archimedes Butterfly is as stubborn as its protagonist. The sum total of my progress on this thing is figuring out that it's set post-The Silurians. It doesn't help that every single time I watch an Old Who episode (or, in many cases, re-watch a New one), yet another plot rabbit crawls in and splays on my keyboard. This rabbit inevitably requires several hours trawling the Wiki and at least two hours (often three) watching serials for research and character-voice perfection. Never mind the fact that I'm still not sure of my Three-voice, let alone my Brig-voice and Liz-voice.

Also, my always-tenuous Sara-voice and Lindsay-voice seem to be slipping, much to my distress. An emergency CSI-a-thon is called for. 

Luxury is when you can make watching reruns feel like work, guys.

I'm sure the procrastinatory black holes generated by icon-making, reading, and TV Tropes aren't helping.

And of course, the thought that I should really be Writing Something V. V. Srs and Poetical and Meaningful and Junk preys forever on my mind.
