First day of Pilates class today. Was harder than I thought it would be; left my abdomen feeling like tapioca in a Ziplock bag. However, I have ten weeks to get better and learn to stop landing on my tailbone all the time. I shall not lose hope!

Every time I take a Bio class, I end up researching math. Happened last year; it's happening this year. The difference is that last year I ended up learning more than I ever cared to about enzyme kinetics; this year, we appear to be drifting into the arena of complicated statistical models.

What's even weirder is that I'm starting to find all this math really interesting, even if I don't understand it.
